Commentary #
Back to the morning problem. Wind fell from ~40% overnight to 17% by 09:00, exactly on the ramp, and the price hit €355 at 09:00. Highest of the fortnight so far.
The afternoon went the other way. Wind climbed back past 50% by the evening peak, which kept that peak to a modest €258, and by 22:30 we had 65% wind and the day’s low of €175.23. Two peaks, two very different wind conditions, a €100 difference in price.
Cheap/dear spread of €139.49. It’s not how much it blows, it’s when.
